Juhwan Yoon is the founder of ZENITHPEAK and has more than 20 years of experience in private equity and investment advisory.
Prior to founding ZENITHPEAK, he held investment roles at IMM Private Equity and IMM Credit & Solutions, since 2008 where he participated in a wide range of investments across multiple industries.
Earlier in his career, he worked at PwC in the Financial Advisory Services team.
His investment philosophy centers on responsible investing and providing capital that is genuinely helpful to companies and investors.

Heeseok Jeong
CIO
Heeseok Jeong, Chief Investment Officer, is a capital markets professional with over 20 years of experience spanning accounting, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and financial advisory services.
He has built his career across leading organizations including PwC, KPMG, securities firms, and asset management companies, executing transactions across the entire deal life cycle.
He has extensive hands-on expertise in M&A, valuation, financial due diligence (FDD), and structured financing, supported by creative structuring capabilities and a strong ability to align diverse stakeholder interests.

Eunyoung Choi
CFO
Eunyoung Choi is the CFO of ZENITHPEAK.
She has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and data-related industries.
Prior to joining ZENITHPEAK, she served as a senior manager at Bloomberg Korea, where she focused on bond and earnings analysis.
Earlier in her career, she worked at KPMG, advising companies.
